JASON GOTAY
Artistic director/Co-Founder

born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, is an actor who has appeared both on and off Broadway, as well as regionally and on TV. He recently starred in the World Premiere of Stephen Schwartz's The Prince of Egypt in Palo Alto, California and Fredericia, Denmark. Other credits include Bring It on: the Musical (Randall, Original Broadway Cast), Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark (Peter Parker/Spider-Man). TV: NBC'S Peter Pan Live (Tootles/Lost Boy). Regional Highlights: World Premiere of Disney's Freaky Friday (Adam) at the Signature Theater, World Premiere of A Bronx Tale (Calogero) at the Paper Mill Playhouse, The Little Mermaid (Prince Eric), Into the Woods (Jack), Mamma Mia! (Sky) at the St. Louis MUNY.

Jason has been teaching/directing in the Brooklyn area for 5 years, creating 7 Musical Theater Workshops for kids and teens. Directing Credits include: James and the Giant Peach, Jr. (Summer Stage at Bay Ridge Prep), Seussical and Shrek: the Musical (Narrows Community Theater) and 13: The Musical (Theater on the Go). He has also worked as a Teaching Artist with The Broadway Workshop and Straight from New York.

Kristen Calabrese
Executive director/Co-Founder

is a Brooklyn native and has been involved in community theater since the age of 5, working with various theater companies in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Long Island, including: Drop a Hat Theatre Productions, Brooklyn Theatre Arts Project, Our Lady of Guadalupe Youth Theatre Company, TimeSpace Theatre Company, and Hofstra University. Recent Stage Management Credits include: Hairspray (Jeff Samaha/Ridge Chorale), James and the Giant Peach, Jr. (Summer Stage at Bay Ridge Prep) Seussical and Shrek: the Musical (Narrows Community Theater) and 13: the Musical (Theater on the Go). She holds a Doctorate in Audiology from Northeastern University.
